ok, everyone on the couch!

If you know me, you know I like to take pictures...either people roll their eyes when I say "let's get a picture" or they are so thankful that I'm such a photo freak. Take it or leave it, but I'm still going to try to capture that moment.

I wish I had more pictures that documented our time with family over the Thanksgiving weekend, but my main objective was to get some cute pictures of the cousins all together on the couch, so I could have these memories tucked away for when I needed them most. I have pictures of me and my cousins way back when all lined up on our grandma and grandpa's couch in the basement. Those pictures will always be cherished, and so, to help carry on the tradition for my kids and their cousins, we rounded up the kiddos and took a few snapshots.

We spent Thanksgiving Day with my husband's side of the family (his parents and brother and his family).

~ the Boos side of the family ~
Parker (1 1/2), Riley (3 1/2), Mikayla (2 1/2), Austin (1)

A couple of days later we had my side of the family over for lasagna (sans "the big wigs"...a.k.a our parents). My brother and his family, and my sister and her family who drove down from Tacoma, WA.

~ the Johnson side of the family ~
Jacob (8), Noah (2 1/2), Mikayla (2 1/2), Hunter (1 1/2), Austin (1), & Hailey (5 months)

If you ever hear me say, "OK, everyone on the couch!", try hard not to roll your eyes, but just embrace it and play along with my insanity.

Here are just a few of the other victims from the past...

I love the pics. It's just funny that I have the oldest and the youngest of the cousins. :)
